Super Sprayers holds CUFCA certification through the Canadian Urethane Foam Contractors Association, installs every foam job to the CAN/ULC-S705.2 installation standard and is a Carboline-certified fireproofing applicator. We carry WSIB coverage, full liability insurance and Industrial Fireproofing Insured Company coverage, and our work is designed to meet the Ontario Building Code. Every job also carries our 2-year labour warranty.
Credentials matter more for spray foam than for almost any other trade, because the product doesn't exist until the installer makes it. Two liquid chemicals are heated, pressurized and mixed at the tip of the gun, then expand into foam within seconds, and the result depends on the mix ratio, the temperature and how thick each pass is sprayed. A certified installer is trained, tested and audited on exactly those things, and has to keep records that prove the checks were done on your job.

Why Spray Foam Needs a Certified Installer
An off-ratio mix can leave foam soft, sticky or smelly for months. Spraying a pass too thick can make the foam shrink, crack or, in extreme cases, overheat. Spraying onto a cold or wet surface can make it peel away from the framing.

CUFCA Certification
The Canadian Urethane Foam Contractors Association runs the quality assurance program most Canadian spray foam installers work under. It covers installer training and testing, licensing, site audits and a reporting system tied to the CAN/ULC-S705.2 standard. Certified installers carry a card you can ask to see on site.
CAN/ULC-S705 Installation Standard
CAN/ULC-S705.1 is the material standard for medium density closed cell foam, and CAN/ULC-S705.2 is the installation standard. Open cell light density foam is covered by CAN/ULC-S712. Here's what S705.2 asks installers to check and record.

Carboline-Certified Fireproofing Applicator

Certification means our applicators are trained to apply its products to the thickness and conditions the listed design requires. WSIB Coverage and Liability Insurance
If a worker without WSIB coverage is injured on your property, the claim can land on you. For general contractors, hiring an uncovered subcontractor can make you responsible for their premiums. We provide a current WSIB clearance certificate and a certificate of insurance on request with every quote.
As an Industrial Fireproofing Insured Company, we carry coverage suited to fireproofing work on commercial and industrial sites, not just residential insulation.
Ontario Building Code Compliance
