Closed cell spray foam and spray-applied fireproofing solve those problems with far less disruption than rebuilding an envelope or re-cladding the building from outside.

Controlling Condensation on Steel and Concrete
When warm, humid indoor air touches a steel deck that is below its dew point, water condenses and drips. In a plant it rusts fasteners, stains product and can create slip hazards on the floor below. Batts hung under the deck make it worse, because moist air still reaches the cold steel behind them.
Closed cell foam bonds directly to the steel and keeps its inner face warm, so there's no cold surface for moisture to find. At the thickness we specify for your conditions, it also acts as the vapour retarder. The same approach works on concrete block walls that sweat in spring and fall.
Cold Storage and Temperature-Controlled Rooms
Cold rooms reverse the usual vapour drive, pushing moisture from the warm outside toward the cold inside. That calls for a thicker, continuous closed cell layer with no gaps at the joints between wall and roof. We set the thickness from your target temperature and the room's use.
Where foam faces the room, it usually needs a protective or thermal barrier coating, and food areas have extra requirements. We confirm coating products suited to food handling areas with you and your inspector before quoting.
Structural Steel Fireproofing With Carboline Systems
New industrial buildings and additions often need structural steel protected to an hourly fire resistance rating. Our Carboline-certified applicators spray cementitious fireproofing to the thickness called for in the listed design, then take readings to prove it. Intumescent coatings are also available where a thinner, finished look is needed.

Yes, shutdowns are the best window for spraying over production areas. Give us the dates early and we'll plan crew size and lifts to fit inside them.
Is spray foam suitable near food processing lines?
It can be, with the right protective coating and a plan your food safety team approves. We confirm the products and re-entry times with you before any work is scheduled.
Can one crew handle insulation and fireproofing together?
